Burnout happens when your nervous system has been running on high alert for too long. Your body's stress response was designed for short bursts of activation followed by rest and recovery. Modern life often doesn't allow for that recovery.

How is somatic work different from traditional approaches to burnout?

Most approaches focus on time management, boundaries, or mindset shifts. Somatic work addresses burnout at its root—in your nervous system. By helping your body discharge stored stress and relearn how to rest, we create lasting change rather than temporary relief.

How quickly will I notice results?

Many clients experience some relief in the very first session—often their first taste of genuine rest in years. More lasting changes typically develop over 8-12 sessions as your nervous system rewires.

I've tried everything for my burnout. Will this be different?

If you've tried managing burnout through willpower, vacations, or purely cognitive approaches without lasting success, somatic work offers a fundamentally different approach. We work with your body's innate wisdom to create sustainable change.

What are your fees?

My fee is $175 per 60-minute session. Longer sessions are available and prorated accordingly. I reserve a limited number of sliding scale slots for individuals who need nervous system healing but face financial barriers. If cost is a concern, please reach out to discuss current availability. I don't accept insurance.
